It's such a great article written by Erin Harkless Moore. "Every day, I see more proof that supporting investors and entrepreneurs who approach problems from multiple angles accelerates innovation and delivers strong returns. I believe that, over time, that proof will convince investors to continue to deploy capital in funders and founders who don’t look or think exactly like the people who have dominated the venture capital industry for most of its history." I love this "proof in the pudding" concept of embracing diversity.
If you work hard on your vacation, silence is also an innovation that our desires turn to, and as you know, the least concept of that is that the wilderness is clothed in what it was prepared for. @youcef benchouk from Algeria 🇩🇿
Have followed your teams work since Aspect Ventures. AI has the potential to be a great equalizer or a multiplier of inequality. It’s scary and exciting all at once. Appreciate what you’re doing to help women leapfrog barriers and take on those challenges head-on. Keep doing amazing things!
Diversity to its root means different voices, ideas and identities. However, in the society we live in now, so many diverse voices lack the power to be heard.
Good luck to those businesses that get Pivotal or one their funds to look at a female led Pre-Seed opportunity.
Can I receive some information here on how diversity in general leads to innovation? I’m seeking up to date peer reviewed data, scientific literature, articles, papers from research etc. Thank you so much.
What about Hispanic women? They are a minority and struggling to get capital too.
Pivotal Ventures ~ Thank you for your great work and the support you provide to women and girls.
Yes, women of color and women all over need greater access to capital. I agree!

3wThis is so true and yet when diversity walks in a new room, rejection and doubt are often close by! I am an innovative force in telecom - and I’ve learned how to turn their doubt into my super power. I begin to build my confidence and activate my preserverance immediatly.I’m not saying that my knees dont shake - but I promise you my face will never show it. ✨ #YouWillREMEMBERMyName
