Pippa Ruxton’s Post

It’s a time of professional transition for some of the leaders I coach at the moment. Some are the MBA 23 or EMBA S22 cohort at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford finishing their programmes with capstone ceremonies under beautiful blue skies. Others are the corporate individuals stepping away from previous roles and into new opportunities. Some change might be natural endings, others might be externally brought on, some are planned and others less desired. It brings with it a cauldron of emotions! Regardless of the nature of the change, I recommend leaders to * Celebrate the wins you have experienced along the way, whether that be tangible impact or learnings you have gained * Move on with grace, nurturing relationships and keeping the door open to future opportunities * Be curious to what the future holds, and remember that for everything that ends, something new begins. It will help you to feel at ease, confident in your choices and more in control of your future. If you’re navigating change, or it’s on the horizon, feel free to get in touch to explore how executive coaching could help you to navigate with ease. And please share any tips you might have too! - Picture related to seasonal transition! Thank you to Chris Lawton on Unsplash.
