How ERGs Contribute to J&J's Success: – The use of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) within Johnson & Johnson drastically increases the level of employee engagement and belongingness and contributes to business prosperity through increased diversity, inclusion and innovation. “Ready to unlock the power of ERGs? Inclusion isn’t a box to check—it’s a core part of building a strong and authentic employer brand. We are just half way through June, a month for us to celebrate diversity, equity, inclusion…and pride! Pride to be who we are, pride to fight for our rights, pride to be an inspiration for someone, pride to love with no fear.
