The species was first described by William Henry Miskin in 1876". DID YOU KNOW? * Ancient Lineage: Turtles are one of the oldest reptile groups, with fossils dating back over 200 million years! * Shell-Shocking Strength: Their shells are made of fused bones, making them incredibly strong and protective. * Salty Survivors: Sea turtles have special glands near their eyes that help them excrete excess salt from their bodies. * Magnetic Navigators: Some turtles use the Earth's magnetic field to navigate vast distances during migration. * Temperature-Dependent Sex: The temperature of the sand where sea turtle eggs incubate determines the sex of the hatchlings.

A lesson from history worth remembering: Valuable insights can come from unexpected sources, and leaders who are open to listening to diverse perspectives can find innovative solutions to challenges! Legend has it that while inspecting the construction progress of the wall, Hadrian encountered a troublesome spot where the wall kept collapsing due to the challenging terrain. Frustrated, Hadrian began to give up hope, but then a young soldier named Betelgeuse suggested a solution. Betelgeuse proposed building the wall slightly shorter but thicker at that particular location to withstand the harsh conditions. Impressed by the soldier's ingenuity, Hadrian not only implemented the idea but also promoted Betelgeuse to a higher rank. A refreshing walk to the renowned spot of Sycamore Gap, despite the absence of its namesake tree. Still, a beautiful reminder of our history and its convergence with nature 🐾 ⛰️ #sycamoregap #hadrianswall #historymatters #archaeology #caucasianshepherd #dogsoflinkedin #projectmanagement #subseaengineering #constructioninnovation #innvovation #northumberland #offshorelife

#Atlantis sat outside pillars of Hercules, when Pangaea was intact, highly advanced cities, "electri-city", with ornate architecture lining sea of Atlas, all along the Tethys sea, & all over this island,.. all cathedrals collecting/distributing healing+frequencies, starforts charging electrolytic+waters, lighthouses extracting hydrogen & helium for incoming airships, pyramidal-complexes generating overabundance voltage,.. with all #technologies in working order, society having abilitie, comforts of spacetravels, our Priests still understanding frequency-propagations, Sacred+Geometry, along with our position in this evolutionary-process... ...after so many catastrophic-events, after such an excessive amount of gravity, we have become tiny, primitive, quite devolved, mentalities of arrogance, believing this construct "pinnacle", that we are somehow more advanced, even though there is currently no one in position willing to admit, we don't know... ...& IF no one understands what cathedrals, starforts, lighthouses, pyramids,.. were built for, IF no one understands how to read our clock in Prague, IF no one understands how #evolution is cyclical, & everyone has been indoctrinated with such delusion,.. is this even possible... This Data Set will include vital information on these military structures, including photographs and precise GPS coordinates. The transfer of this Data will enhance the Superintendence’s existing 𝑮𝑰𝑺 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒆, which is perpetually updated with the latest data on known cultural heritage assets and refined for accuracy by the Superintendence’s National Inventory team within the National Inventory, Research and Archaeology Unit. The information from this Data Set will be available to the public in full on this GIS Interface as part of the SCH’s powers and tasks conferred upon it by Chapter 445 to keep and maintain the National Inventory. The GIS interface will always acknowledge Battlefront Malta as the source of this data. 🌍📍 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘣𝘺 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘉𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘵 𝘔𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘢 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘋𝘢𝘵𝘢 𝘚𝘦𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘮𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘤. Did you know that Mississippi was ancient home to not just the mighty Columbian mammoth and the iconic American mastodon but also another similar and fascinating creature known as the Gomphothere? We know this due to their fossil record, which is as intriguing as it is rare. This week's #FossilFriday highlights one such extraordinary find in Amite County and its significance in understanding our state's geological history. Attached are the comments from the National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers. It seems clear that preservation organizations still contend that the sweeping @ACHP program comment proposal is still outside the concept of what the PC was intended to do per regulations. The whole initiative should be withdrawn and restarted as programmatic streamlining agreements tailored to each federal agency who have specific authority for specific undertakings. We have had a lot of success with streamlining through programmatic agreements. Let's stick with what works. #archaeology #historicpreservation #programcomments #streamlining #permit
