I was delighted to see our employees celebrating #NationalInclusionWeek in the UK. I would like to say thank you to all our employee-led affinity groups and everyone else who contributed to the webinar on Thursday, and other activities throughout the week. When it comes to inclusion, it's OK to admit you still have stuff to learn. I'm always impressed by the courage and openness our employees show when it comes to learning new behaviours, and they've demonstrated this strength again this week. One particular point of pride was seeing the launch of our inclusive language guide, which will no doubt help our employees navigate supportive and inclusive conversations in the workplace. #InclusiveLanguage #InclusionInTheWorkplace
