Last week, Ricoh UK Director of People & ESG Rebekah Wallis and Head of ESG James Knox delivered a presentation at the CIPD Employee Experience conference. They talked about the importance of ESG when it comes to organisations being attractive and engaging places to work. I’m very pleased that our approach to ESG has been recognised by TIME magazine as part of its World’s Best Companies of 2023 survey. I was delighted to see our employees celebrating #NationalInclusionWeek in the UK. I would like to say thank you to all our employee-led affinity groups and everyone else who contributed to the webinar on Thursday, and other activities throughout the week. When it comes to inclusion, it's OK to admit you still have stuff to learn. I'm always impressed by the courage and openness our employees show when it comes to learning new behaviours, and they've demonstrated this strength again this week. One particular point of pride was seeing the launch of our inclusive language guide, which will no doubt help our employees navigate supportive and inclusive conversations in the workplace. #InclusiveLanguage #InclusionInTheWorkplace
