You’ve been building relationships with your customers for a while now, but how deep do those connections really go? Are they just passing by, or are they truly loyal, ready to stick with you for the long haul? In today's #DecemberToRemember series, I'm sharing the Ladder of Loyalty Worksheet. Think of your customer relationships as a ladder. At the bottom, you’ve got new customers who are just starting to climb. As they move up, they become more engaged, more trusting, and more likely to keep coming back—or even refer others. But how do you know where each customer stands, and how can you encourage them to climb higher? As you take stock of your year, it's a great time to assess the loyalty of your customer base. Knowing where your customers are on the ladder can give you fresh insight into how to nurture those relationships and turn them into long-term, loyal supporters. Comment below saying 'I'm interested in the Ladder Of Loyalty worksheet' and I'll send it to you. #businessjourney #businessgrowth #ladderofloyalty
