Peter Linder’s Post

Navigating the biggest career transition you will ever make The career transition from working to retirement is the biggest transition we will ever make. But how does this transition work, and how do you get it to play in your favor? A recent Harvard Business Review article spotlighted the crucial alignment between "the self" and "the life structure," where misalignment can lead to serious challenges. I dedicate this article to colleagues who have recently made the shift and are looking for insights on making the best of it. #CareerPlanning #RetirementPlanning #FutureWithoutWork

Retirement will inevitably come, but what truly stays with you are the memories you’ve created and the fulfillment of knowing you gave your best every step of the way. Be proud of your achievements and embrace the opportunity to be a role model for your family, your kids, and everyone around you. Do your best every day, and seek out streams of positive mental energy. Search for inspiration in nature, music, movies, people, the sky, and the sun. And most importantly, try to smile often—it can brighten even the simplest moments. Thank you for sharing this thoughtful perspective and encouraging others to embrace this transition with confidence and positivity!

Such an important topic, Peter! retirement isn’t just about stepping away from work—it’s about stepping into a new rhythm of life.
