🟢 Dose your organisation require training for Forklift Truck operators? OR *Management/Supervision of lifting operations? Safety 1st Training & Consultancy®️ provide training on industrial forklift trucks and supervisory/management training which includes the safe use of industrial storage systems, yard management etc. 🟢Basic training that a newly qualified operator receives at a training centre, is just that ‘basic’. They are still a novice/inexperienced operator. Health and Safety Executive Rider-operated lift trucks Operator training and safe use (L117) stipulates the 3 stages of training that must be completed. 1️⃣Basic 2️⃣Specific Job 3️⃣Familiarisation The benefits of completing training ‘in house’ are as follows: ✅Conducting the training in the trainees workplace, whilst operating the lift truck they will use on a daily basis. ✅Gradually, introducing tasks that they will be required to undertake. *Loading and unloading of transport vehicles *Loading and unloading of industrial racking systems..etc This style of training, enables the trainee to begin to gain the skills they need to complete their day to day workplace tasks.
