🎓 Yesterday my colleague Jan Nejdl Salomonsen and I presented at the Network for Law and New Technology (Netværk for Jura og Ny Teknologi) on the topic AI Compliance & Legal Risk Assessments. Key take-aways: AI & Data Protection: The use of AI and GenAI raises many data protection questions. 🔍 Risk assessment methodologies are essential for addressing these challenges. 🛡️ AI Act Requirements: The EU AI Act introduces two key requirements: prohibited AI and AI literacy. 📜 These requirements will come into effect in February 2025. 📅 Start preparing for these changes today. ⏳ Let's continue the conversation on how we can responsibly integrate AI into our operations. Please share your comments and experiences below. 🤝 Thanks to Henrik Udsen for inviting us to speak. #AI #Compliance #Risk #Techlaw #AIAct

A very interesting subject Peter, and by looking at your key takeaways, it seems you have discussed some very relevant topics. When addressing AI from the legal angle, new risk scenarios are needed for sure. But do you also see a need to change your methodology?
