The first thing that I always would do if, if I was looking for CRM software, and I encourage everyone of my clients to do this, who's still searching, I would say to the person that's trying to sell me this software, remove your client names or whatever. But can I see your pipeline management? Can I see the way you're managing your CRM? Because if they believe in it, like anything else, if they believe in what they're selling and they're managing it correctly, they know how to how to help you.
