My Week: The Highs, Lows, and Little Wins This week felt like a whirlwind, but looking back, it’s been fulfilling in so many ways. I started off strong with a studio session, talking about vehicle maintenance culture, a reminder of why I love sharing knowledge and connecting with people. Midweek, I found myself completely energized during an automotive class. There’s something about diving into a room full of like-minded people, sharing ideas, and learning together that reignites my passion for this field. It reminded me that no matter how far I’ve come, there’s always room to grow and explore. Of course, it wasn’t all smooth. Balancing work, brainstorming content ideas, and trying to rest wasn’t easy. Some days, I felt like I was just winging it, wondering if I was doing enough. But the little wins kept me going. From carrying out vehicle diagnosis, resolving car issues. ticking my list, And I found time to unwind with music and a good show (my little slice of peace). If this week taught me anything, it’s this: you don’t have to have it all figured out; just keep showing up, and the pieces will come together. How was your week? Nissan’s founder Yoshisuke Aikawa’s core belief was: 'Dare to do what others don't.' I find this aligned with my personality. Often, we misinterpret people who are bold and 'ambitious' as someone who cannot be controlled. Someone 'non-compliant.' But the boundaries and regulations are made by people who thinks that this is the 'only way' to get things done. They forget that each individual has the right to think for themselves and has the opportunity to improve, evolve, innovate. Challenging the status quo doesn't mean that you are breaking the rules or the regulations. It simply means that you are finding a more updated, more creative way to do, accomplish, and improve things. Else, we become obsolete. I commend people who are open-minded. People who knows and understands that they don't have the monopoly of things. People who welcome innovative minds. Minds who can't stop, won't stop finding better roads to take. I celebrated my birthday on 05th October and now I am 24 and more grateful It marks another year around the sun, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the experiences, lessons, and people in my life. This past year has been nothing short of transformative: 1) First Flight: It’s funny how something as simple as a first flight can feel like a personal milestone. I got to travel twice outside of work. These trips gave me a new perspective on life, reminding me to slow down and enjoy the journey. 2) New Job : I made a bold choice to leave the comfort of my previous job and joined an early-stage startup. Many questioned my decision, but deep down I knew I was learning faster than ever. 3) New Place: Shifting from a PG to a flat of my own was a big step. My parents didn’t fully understand it at first, but I’ve never felt happier. Sometimes your choices don’t have to make sense to others as long as they bring you joy and peace. 4) Stronger Connections: This year, I’ve become more grateful to the people who have stood by my side through everything. I’ve learned the importance of nurturing these relationships and letting go of those who only show up occasionally. The real ones make all the difference. 5) Family First: No matter how busy life gets, I’ve made it a point to call my parents often, making them feel as special as they made me feel as a child. I even surprised them with a gift they’d never buy for themselves—a small way to show my appreciation. And to my younger brother, who’s always proud of his didi, you’re my constant support. The Journey Begins

Reflecting on My First Day on a Plane The very first day I got into a plane was a whirlwind of emotions for me. I remember acting so carefully😊, trying to take in every detail while simultaneously feeling overwhelmed. Despite seeing others capturing their experience with selfies and videos, I couldn't muster the courage to take a proper picture to commemorate my first flight. (I still wonder why) As we prepared for takeoff, the pilot instructed everyone to turn off their phones. I complied immediately, only to notice some passengers still making calls and taking pictures. When the plane finally took off, it felt like my heart wanted to jump out of my chest😂. I was terrified, yet fascinated by the newness of the experience. Reflecting on this now, I realize how much this moment mirrors many of our career and life journeys. Here are 4 lessons I drew from this experience: 📌 Embracing the Unfamiliar: Just like my first flight, stepping into a new role or industry can be daunting. It’s okay to feel scared or uncertain. These feelings are part of growth. 📌 Staying True to Your Values: I followed the pilot's instructions without hesitation, reflecting my tendency to adhere to guidelines and respect authority. In our careers and life generally, integrity and adherence to principles should always guide our actions. 📌 Observe and Adapt: Noticing others still using their phones taught me about flexibility and observation. In our professional lives, it’s important to stay observant and adaptable to navigate challenges and find better ways to handle situations. 📌 Growth Over Time: I am confident that my next flight will be a much more better experience. Similarly, as we gain experience in our careers, what once seemed overwhelming becomes manageable and routine.
