All this week we have been dedicating our posts to Tomorrow’s Engineers Week 2024. In our last post of the series, our CTO Robert Nash talks about why future engineers should consider entering the profession… “I think electrification and autonomous driving is at a tipping point in the automotive market. We are moving away from the traditional mechanical engineers and towards electrification and automation, and I think the platforms and disciplines are going to be redefined. Automotive is driving the revolution in electrification and related infrastructure. Product development, prototyping and disrupting technology is all in the space of electrification. Now is the right time to be in that space. Those with an inquisitive nature, desire to make things better and want to solve problems of the future - would find fulfilling careers in engineering. There's a lot of experience that can be gained and incredible career opportunities for the next generation of engineers.” #TEweek24 #electrification #engineeringcareers
