But I don't think that's entirely accurate. 😕 We fail to communicate change appropriately. 55% of employees prefer communication before the change takes effect. Only 22% of employees say their organizations are doing that. ✍ You and I both know that not all change can be communicated before it happens. But when we can, we should. Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Chief Analyst Barry Asin was one of 20 Forbes Human Resources Council members who shared insights on integrating new technologies without diminishing human workforces. "HR leaders can present AI as an opportunity rather than a threat," Asin said. "Successful implementation of this technology tends to focus people on relationships and AI on repetition. When the human touch adds value — typically personal relationships and highly creative tasks — AI may be unnecessary.
