Solving People & Profit Issues with Workforce Re-Engineering & The Best Global Talent

Do you have a shortage of technicians or do you have a productivity problem? Was the question I posed to a healthcare operator this week because they presented suggesting they had a desperate shortage of technical staff, but digging into the workforce it was apparent they had low avg weekly billable hours.
