Reflecting on my 25+ years in IT consulting, I am glad that we are not talking about ticket volume, bug fixes, change requests, technical debt cleanup, and "keeping the lights on." Despite being sold modularity, customers of the software-industrial complex have received fragmentation. 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆. We covered all the essential steps—from case registration to case closure. What started as a critical, time-sensitive request was turned into a delivered solution in record time.
