To help out, see below a checklist for the data you should include across your site for optimal results. Product Information Comprehensive details about each product, including name, description, SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), and categorisation (multiple in some instances). This data helps customers understand what they’re purchasing and provides a logical means of locating a given product. Pricing and Inventory Accurate pricing information including discounts or offers, and real-time inventory levels. This data ensures that customers see correct prices, availability and where they can click and collect near them. Images, Videos and 360s Visual content like images, videos, and 360-degree product renders which are optimised for fast load times are essential to your overall data quality. These visuals are crucial for attracting and converting buyers. Search and Filter Tags Product keywords, attributes, and metadata that assist to improve product discoverability through search engines and internal site searches. This data can also be used for product filters on category/collection pages for enhanced product finding. Customer Reviews and Ratings Verified reviews, ratings, and feedback which can influence purchasing decisions and help rank your site through leveraging structured data schemas. Compliance and Legal Information Information relating to product safety, compliance, and legal requirements, which can include things like material details, warranty, and certifications. I just had a great conversation with a company over in the UK.... They have over 8,000 product descriptions that do not have unique SEO enriched product content for and they have sparce data from the vendors they work with. What does this mean for them?
