No, I had like 14 people over the last, let's see, well, three days that have contacted me and they were talking in 1�� or another. They were talking about the fact that they, well, I guess they wouldn't call it like this, but they're, they're cheese. It kind of didn't move. Now someone we're talking about the fact that, you know, business has been slow or laws had changed or something had changed substantially. To change what they were doing. But I reminded each one of them that they had kind of unique experience and if they want to make a lateral move or an upper mover or whatever kind of move, they probably could do it. One of these guys that called me. I was able to connect with a PA firm and he'll be this guy will be moving out of one side of the industry and he'll be moving into this PA firm with a very good mentor in the process and it's going to change his world for the good for a long time at another guy which was able to join another TPA. And in the end joining that other TPA, it was already able to pick up about a dozen appraisals and kind of changes out out his outlook. Because he had really good experience. And I mean, it mattered. I, I had another guy who. Was working with an absolutely piece of junk business but had skills and had good bedside manner and did a great job of sales and I helped him get in with another roofing company. Where you can make a really good living. I just just, I just want to remind all of you that you know. Bless where you are right now, appreciate where you are right now, appreciate the stability you have or the opportunity you have at what's coming around the corner. But the right now, the piece that you have, let's just appreciate that. Because the only thing we know for sure is that change is the one constant. And I can tell you there was. It was a lot of years ago where? My world became very discombobulated all at once. And I didn't see it coming. And that launched me into the greatest career and the most passionate thing I've ever done in my life. And to this day I'm so happy that something went wrong way back then, because if it hadn't, I don't know. Probably still be drinking. But. I just want to remind all of you, this time of the year gets a little wiggy and then we go into this thing where things get really busy. Just be happy with what you've got in front of you, what you've got right now. And know that it's going to get different. It doesn't always get better. But it does get different and often different. This better be show.
