Here is my thought on how to prioritize AI projects and tasks within an organization. To ensure that AI resources are allocated efficiently and maximizing the business value. Do First (Low Business Value, High Frequency) Do Second (High Business Value, High Frequency) Schedule (High Business Value, Low Frequency) Neglect (Low Business Value, Low Frequency)
