Interesting learnings about LinkedIn Job post and Hiring expectation. - Business Analyst with ERP experience preferably JDE ~ Total application received 53 ~ 52 don't have any experience in any ERP ~ 1 originally no experience but somehow managed to modify resume and add ERP. Am I missing something, or this is the general trend through LinkedIn hiring. Whenever in past I saw 400+ applicants for a job posting there was a immediate curiosity about the role and company. Although, recent experience tells a very different story. It seems there is a huge gap between what is required and what applicants are applying for. Without checking eligibility and applying for the job says either you are not serious to find a job or too desperate to get a job. For Accounting FA: Odoo Implementation: Configure and customize Odoo’s accounting modules, including Invoicing, Accounting, and Financial Reporting. Design and implement workflows, financial processes, and internal controls within Odoo. Solution Design: Develop functional designs and process flows for accounting functions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that configurations and customizations align with functional specifications. Odoo Expertise: Extensive experience with Odoo’s accounting modules, including Invoicing, Accounting, and Financial Reporting. Proven experience in configuring and customizing Odoo to meet accounting and financial requirements. Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. Experience with financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation.
