My OU MSc in Systems Thinking in Practice progress update. I'm pleased to report that I managed to Pass (with Distinction, somehow) module T892 Sustainable organisations: theory and practice. I wasn't sure about how I would find this module. It wasn't clear that there was a systems thinking perspective when I started, but it was there in the organisational change management element in block 2. Looking back at my notebooks, I must say that the module covers a lot of ground around environmental, economic and social sustainability, but mainly environmental. Anyway, now prepping for the final module: T802 Research project in which I plan to take a deep look at the idea of adaptive governance within organisations.
