I understand the differentiation, but there isn't a direct relation between them? I mean, if you can build an emotional connection, it's more easy to justify the decision. What I'm pointing out it's that they work as a tandem. Can they work separately?

Video is next only to in-person meetings when it comes to building affinity and trust. The problem is most people don't want to do it for fear of being judged. And that's an opportunity. If you embrace video, it'll help you stand out because most of your competitors aren't doing it at all or aren't doing it well.
