𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆'𝘀: Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Ingredients: 1 pound flank steak Salt and pepper to taste For the Chimichurri: 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste Instructions: Preheat the grill to high heat. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. In a bowl, mix all the chimichurri ingredients.
