What’s the big picture with house prices in West Lindsey? According to Zoopla property prices in West Lindsey fell 1.1% over the past year, cutting £2,400 from the price of the typical home, according to our August 2024 House Price Index. The fall is not reflected across the UK, where the average property price rose by 0.7% since August 2023. The typical West Lindsey home is now worth £214,900, below the UK average house price of £267,100. Over the past month, prices in West Lindsey have been static.
