If you want to break free from income limits, it’s time to start climbing the ladder. Listening to @Myron Golden’s Youtube video- How To Get The Most Out Of 4 Levels Of Value, blew my mind. He ties these levels to biblical concepts of creation and encourages everyone to focus on using their creative abilities to make positive changes while increasing their own value and wealth. 1. Implementation (lowest level) 2. Unification (second level) 3. Communication (third level) 4. Imagination (highest level) He stressed that moving up these levels, particularly to the communication and imagination levels, is key to creating wealth and increasing one's value in the marketplace. Advice to business owners...never break your routine just to save time.  It will always come back to bite you.  This was a lesson I had to (painfully) re-learn the other day. I had a busy morning, family stuff, late start – the usual suspects threw my day into chaos. So, my team and I skipped some of our usual routine, one of which is checking all our inboxes.  Had I have completed this routine, I would have seen that a crucial client meeting that I was delayed getting to due to traffic, was canceled at 7:02 that morning by the client (looking to reschedule, the person was super-sick).  Because I skipped my routine, I found myself sweating bullets trying to figure out a plan to arrive on time to a meeting that wasn’t even happening.  So, when things go sideways, take a beat. Run through your routines. They are in place for a reason -- simple steps can save hours of frustration. (this is why we have SOPs in business)  #growth #scale #entrepreneurship #leadership #servicemanagement

Fast forward to today, with my business making $100k+ a month, and nothing about my core reasons has changed. Despite the success and the opportunity to share stages with some of the most influential people in the world, my entrepreneurial spirit is driven by the same principles: - To wake up every day to no alarm. - To work 100% on my own terms. - To focus on my health and exercise 5x/week. - To work without having to put my pants on. - To choose who I surround myself with. This journey underscores a powerful message: no matter how much you achieve or who you find yourself alongside, your foundational reasons and the freedom you seek should remain constant.
