Our customers shop at Party City with high intent, so we changed our greeting to "What are you celebrating?" When we know what the customer is seeking, we can recommend a solution, enhance the shopping experience, and deliver higher conversion rates. #makingithappen

Like Blake, I also miss working at Party City. I worked for this company for almost 28 years and experienced all the highs and lows of this customer friendly company and all the growing pains. I would like to wish to all current team members and management their current success in providing the best customer service and making it friendly, easy and accurate
