We couldn't agree more with the perspective shared by Lisa Han in this Lightspeed Venture Partners article: https://lnkd.in/epKQFhSV We love seeing how consumers are shifting from clicks to conversations when interacting with their favorite brands, driven by AI technologies that make each customer interaction feel as easy as talking to a friend. Parloa’s autonomous AI agents are showing a significant increase in NPS when implemented in contact centers as they deliver highly personalized, seamless and unique customer experience.  It’s impressive to witness how these innovations are fundamentally transforming the way brands interact with their customers.
