According to the @harvardbusinessreview, 90% of companies claim to prioritize diversity, yet only 4% consider disability in those initiatives (Disability as a Source of Competitive Advantage, July-August 2023). At Parents Helping Parents, we believe that good jobs change lives, and that all workers–including those with disabilities–deserve the same opportunities to obtain and succeed in jobs and career fields of their choice.
