We often think about our physical health, yet forget or maybe chose to not think about our mental health. My sister, who is a high-performing person got Covid back in late 2020 and ended up in the "mental hospital" She was diagnosed with Covid psychosis, something Covid high performers seemed to show. The mental stress high-performers go through is a lot. The people that go to you are the lucky ones. If they don't have someone like you they often times quite the jobs they used to love and in some cases stop performing at the same level ever again. I for one am glad you are there for these people!!
