Direct Marketers/Supporter Experience Obsessives/Loyalty and Engagement Gurus have to be Creatives, at heart: relentlessly inquisitive and prone to getting overexcited and geeky about propositions, short and long copy, design, insight, testing and strategy and finding inspiration from all that (and then having to live and die** by how things perform). This magic job gives you dedicated time and space to really focus on finding The Thing that'll inspire hearts and minds, to help the Red Cross. Tis the dream. Also: I can't say enough good things about British Red Cross as an employer. I'd go even further though with the good things I'd say about Rebecca Shore as a boss and leader (even though she'll do a little sick in her mouth to read me say so), and the actually remarkable Ami O'Neill and Katie Johnson - working with them changed my career for the so-much-better.
