Millennials and Gen Z, have exceeded the Baby Boomers and their predecessors in terms of population, making up nearly 24% (1.8 billion) of the world's total population. Clearly, they are a powerful force when it comes to understanding customers' expectations. So.... does your company understand how their expectations and preferences may differ from previous ways of operating? One way they differ is the length of time they are willing to wait for a response. Did you know that most consumers to day expect response to a social media query within 24 hours at the MOST! But..... close to 55% of Gen Z & Millennial's expect a response within 10 minutes!
