When you plan Q4, you can go from $7–9K daily to $75K daily during BFCM. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱: We’ve helped hundreds of 7 and 8-figure brands. We 2x, 3x, and even 10x their sales and profits using the same process we used for our brands. With all this prep, our client hit record sales day on Black Friday only to surpass it 3 days later on Cyber Monday. Big brands plan months in advance and stay three steps ahead of their competitors. 1wAmazing results! Planning for the peak season is 100% something that should be started around June-July for Inventory and around October± for everything regarding Amazon PPC and organic ranking. I would also recommend making sure everything in your listing and Amazon account is 'clean' from Performance notifications, etc. The moment October starts, Amazon likes to tighten up everything, and if you had problems with the account in Q1-2-3 that you didn't fix, it might be triggered in Q4.
