As someone who's been using ServiceNow for a while, I’ve recently upgraded to the Xanadu version with its Generative AI features, and I must say, it’s been a fantastic experience so far! The AI-powered incident resolution is a game changer—what used to take time and effort now happens almost seamlessly with smart recommendations guiding me through the process. It’s a noticeable improvement over the previous versions, where automation was present but not this intuitive. One of the coolest things for me is the personalized dashboards. Instead of spending time customizing templates, I can now generate reports with a simple prompt. The ease and speed of creating exactly what I need in real-time has really streamlined my workflow. Also, the chatbots feel more like genuine helpers now. In earlier versions, they were functional but basic. Now, with the power of Gen AI, they understand context better and respond more naturally, making interactions smoother. Overall, it feels like this version is really tuned into how we actually work. It’s made tasks more efficient, and I’m happy to see ServiceNow continually evolving with its users in mind. #ServiceNow #Xanadu #GenerativeAI #AI #DigitalTransformation #HappyUser
