Similarly, we need metadata to search/retrieve the right data for data analytics. Metadata is a copyrighted content, NOT technology. It is fundamental to enable data analytics. With our IP, we can answer, even by an ordinary laptop without AI.

Today is a great day for innovation and our focus from the #AIInfraDeck Release 2 is #ServiceLevelAgreement (#SLA)—a critical component in any data center or colocation contract. An SLA is a formal document that defines the expected #ServiceStandards from a provider, outlining performance metrics such as uptime, network bandwidth, #PowerAvailability, and environmental controls like cooling and security. The beauty of SLAs is that they ensure clarity for both the service provider and the client, minimizing misunderstandings. They also provide remedies or penalties if agreed service levels aren’t achieved, which makes accountability transparent. If a power outage happens or network speeds drop below a certain threshold, for example, the SLA will detail the next steps for both parties. SLAs are especially important for #AIInfrastructure because uptime, reliability, and responsiveness are non-negotiable for critical data and high-performance workloads. If you’re running large-scale AI deployments, it’s essential to know what levels of service you can count on. You don’t want any surprises when your operations depend on maximum performance. As AI systems continue to push the limits of infrastructure, SLAs are evolving to account for higher demands. This includes incorporating metrics that cover next-generation cooling systems, power efficiency, and security protocols that align with emerging technology needs. SLAs also play a pivotal role in cost management, providing clear terms that can help predict and control operational expenses.
