Book Club is in its third year, and our second book for 2025 is Simon Sinek’s classic, “Start with Why”. Chapter 5 really hit home - it focuses on clarity, discipline and consistency but what we really liked were the points on: 🏡 using verbs for values and guiding principals, it’s not “integrity” it’s “always doing the right thing” 🏡 you’re the most authentic when you believe in what you’re representing (or selling). “When belief enters the equation, passion exudes from the salesperson” Keen to hear what your favourite company values are? And do they use verbs?
