I’ve leveraged the power of Gemini and LangChain to create an innovative tool that enables users to search within YouTube video transcripts seamlessly. Here’s a glimpse of how it works: 🔹 Step 1: Embed the Transcript Using `YoutubeLoader` from LangChain, the transcript of a YouTube video is loaded and split into manageable chunks with `RecursiveCharacterTextSplitter`. These chunks are then indexed using FAISS for rapid similarity searches. 🔹 Step 2: Query the Video Content Users can input their questions, and the system will query the embedded transcript to find the most relevant sections. Leveraging Google’s advanced embeddings and language model, the response is generated with precise details from the video content. 🔹 Step 3: Streamlined Results With Streamlit’s user-friendly interface, users can interactively search and view responses, accompanied by the top related transcript sections, providing a clear and informative experience.
