How I’d Get Back to $100k/Month If I Lost Everything Imagine losing all your money, contacts, and followers. What’s the first step to getting back to six figures a month? For context: I’ve made over $25M online and helped scale over 2,000 businesses, so I know a thing or two about starting from scratch. Here’s exactly what I’d do: 1. Start Creating Content Immediately The only way to compete these days is by putting content out. I’d get online, sharing valuable insights, lessons, and strategies to build credibility fast. It’s the best way to get attention and establish yourself as an authority in your niche. 2. Create a Pre-Sales Video Next, I’d create a simple 10-minute video to show prospects before they get on a sales call. Why? Because I don’t want to waste time on calls with unqualified leads. This video would explain exactly what I offer, who it’s for, and the value they’ll get. That way, by the time they get on the call, they’re already sold and ready to move forward. With this method, you might take only two or three sales calls a day—but you can close 100% of them. 3. Scale with Paid Ads Once content starts driving sales and that pre-sales video proves effective, I’d scale the entire process with paid ads. I’d take that same video and run ads to it, cranking up the flow of qualified leads ready to buy. The strategy is simple: build authority, qualify leads before they hit your calendar, and then use paid ads to scale. That’s how I’d get back to $100k/month—fast. My 3 step plan to scale nanopage from 6 to 7-figures in the next 12 months. And it's all going to be inbound. You see, we've managed to scale nanopage from 0 to 6-figure in 5 years through the magic of referrals, and inbound leads via LinkedIn and X. We've been purposely growing slowly, turning away more business than we should, to avoid breaking anything and damaging our reputation. Our goal has always been to stay small and only work with a select few clients. So how exactly do I plan to grow revenue in a business I want to keep small? Here's my 3 step plan: 1. Create even more demand for nanopage One way to make more money from nanopage is to create even more demand for our services. Like a barber with a bad haircut: Our own marketing has always suffered. But that's changing very soon, you'll see more activity coming to our nanopage.co business page. Including regular podcast episodes with industry leaders. I will also be talking about nanopage more often - giving you updates on our progress and letting you in on the results of our tests. You can use the lessons I learn in your own business. (So give me a follow if you're interested) 2. Group coaching sessions Since we've been moving more into the Ghostwriting world, I've seen tons of Founders who need our services but can't afford them. And as much as I'd like to coach everyone to help them DIY - I only have so much time in my day. So we're going to start offering group coaching sessions to entrepreneurs looking to build magnetic personal brands online. A great way to help more people while increasing our revenue streams. A way to help entrepreneurs avoid writer's block so they can create content quicker (without losing their souls to AI) and move on with their day. (Check the link in my bio) The paid product does two things - Firstly: It gives my potential client an early win and shows them we're capable of helping them solve a problem like creating daily content online. Secondly: It pre-qualifies leads for us because these clients have the pain point we're trying to solve (creating content) and are willing to pay to solve it ($9.99). So the conversation becomes an upsell rather than a new sale. The $9.99 price point also has far wider appeal with the B2C market, so it'll probably become our main revenue generator in future. And that's it! That's how I plan to scale nanopage from 6 to 7 figures in the next 12 months. Just because you aren't seeing engagement... 🤫 Doesn't mean your content isn't working. Individual user behavior varies. Almost all of my clients have been voyeurs over the years. Just because they don't push the blue 👍... Doesn't mean they don't see or like your content. In fact, if you REALLY hit a pain point? In the last couple of years, Carsten and I worked with over 100 clients. Coaching and consulting businesses, yoga studios, creative agencies, and purpose-driven tech startups. At MettaStartup Studio, we serve 3 communities with over 700 people. We're growing 3 major branches of our business: ℹ️ info products to educate early-stage entrepreneurs 🌐 global agency where our team is acting as fractional marketing, sales, and ops co-founders for small businesses 💻 startup studio where we're building new ventures based on the gaps we notice in the market None of this would be possible if at some point we didn't start scrappy communication telling the world about the services we can provide. Our first offer was a coaching program. We built a fluffy sales page and sold the spots at ridiculously low prices. Just to get some people in and gain experience. The point is, we just got started. We were dumb, inefficient, and made a ton of mistakes. We endlessly pivoted based on customer research and our own experience. We lost time, money, and loads of energy before we figured out the process that delivers results in just a fraction of the time we spent building our business out. Funny enough, the process is quite simple. The first step is always validation of your business idea. You need to: ✔️ identify customer-problem fit ✔️ nail your service/product positioning (not your brand yet!) ✔️ make custom offers to get first paying clients on board A simple process doesn't mean an easy process though. Not because the above steps are complicated. But because ALL of your insecurities will come up when you start selling your services for the first time. "Am I good enough to actually deliver people the results?" "Am I too pushy with my marketing?" "What will people think about me?" You need to simultaneously hone your marketing and sales skills and manage your psychology so it doesn't undermine you. That's exactly what we're helping you with in our Get Clients Bootcamp.
