Meet Kethan Kumar from the Digital Transformation team at Shriram Finance Limited, who is now in his second innings with us. He first joined us as a management trainee in 2007 and spent seven meaningful years before moving on to new opportunities. Drawn back to the values and camaraderie he found here, Kethan rejoined the Shriram family in 2022 with Novac and later transitioned to Shriram Finance in 2024. During this second chapter, Kethan faced an unexpected health battle with cancer. Reflecting on that time, he fondly recalls the incredible support he received from his team, manager, and the entire Shriram community, who stood by him throughout his treatment journey, helping him emerge stronger.
