Using AI for lead gen or sales? How are you using it? In my last few roles I've used it to: - Improve efficiency and automate repetitive tasks - Lead generation identify and qualify leads more effectively (just look at Sopro and Clay) - Personalize experiences, tailoring communication and build that relationship - Data-driven insights to understand performance, customer behaviour I'm sure I'm NOT using it to the full potential and it'll never replace that human-touch and setting it up takes time, effort and understanding. Start-ups definitely aren't using it to capacity, it takes too long, costs too much and needs validation. CRMs are folding it in but some are just awful. Some CRMs just need to DO BETTER. Also - this rewrite with AI, no, don't. Use it to fill an empty page but tailor to you. I'm sure I've missed something important here... I'll come back to it. #AI #sales #technology #futureofwork
