Onpopulair opinion about META support… I always hear a lot of people complaining about META support, that they don’t get the help they need, that they have no answer to their questions, etc. I literally have the complete opposite experience, and everyone who works with me knows this as well. Every time I see something weird in an ad account or have questions about rejected ads, ad policy, etc., I will contact them. I always ask if they can call me so I can ask in-depth follow-up questions. I’m not special but I just take the time to contact them and ask literally everything around those issues so I can make sure we don't face those again. Taking the time to understand the platform's rules and how the people inside Meta operate made my work much easier. Especially on the rejected ad policy. It’s not the most fun task, and it can take up a little bit of time, but I think the reward is way bigger. Especially when you find out how to advertise products that will normally get a lot of rejected ads. Believe me, this will make some of your clients very happy!

Never trust someone who only presents numbers in percentages! Ask for context. Claim: "We saw a 92% growth in clicks in META" Outcome: "We got 200 more clicks .” Now add context... "We got 200 more clicks from META at the cost of ₹20 per click." More context... "We got 200 more clicks from META at the cost of ₹20 per click, which resulted in one conversion with revenue of ₹1500.” Context is the key!

Yesterday, DGX had the pleasure of attending Meta's agency partners event in London 🇬🇧. Many spoke at the event, including Jellyfish and other leading agency owners, as well as top internal Meta representatives. The goal of the event was to bridge the gap between advertising agencies and Meta's top-tier support team (not the offshore team haha) in order to achieve better results for clients. Where does the incentive for Meta come in? So we spend more on the platform. Then everybody wins. We went on to learn valuable insights from recent updates and upcoming beta tests, and ultimately how we all should be adapting to achieve the best Meta ads in 2024. Here are the key takeaways from the event: ➡️ Alignment between teams Having meetings where all parties are "in the room" every so often holds everyone accountable. ➡️ Highlighting challenges between brands i.e., top 3 per client. Are there any common themes that revert back to the same loophole? Resolve to streamline. ➡️ Understanding each other's roles A common example of why this is needed is creative teams not caring about ad performance > educate on each other's service to align and work towards the same goals. Happy to say, that beyond the event itself, there were some super important takeaways that we can all build on and refine. Looking forward to the next! 🤝
