What an incredible few days with the Earthly team at Wild By Nature’s farmhouse in the breathtaking Black Mountains of Wales! The Welsh landscape never ceases to amaze me, its rugged beauty feels almost volcanic and being surrounded by these mountains was constant reminder of nature's raw beauty. A huge thank you to Jenny Hyndman for organising everything so seamlessly. I loved meeting new colleagues face-to-face for the first time and spending meaningful time together as a team. As a fully remote team, our summer and winter retreats are important opportunities to come together in person, reflect on our progress and plan for the future. Looking back on 2024 so far, it’s been an exciting year of growth and impact for Earthly. There’s so much in the pipeline for 2025 that I can’t wait to share with you, watch this space!
