✅ You booked a call on your lead's calendar (permission-based; through a cold email or DM reply) 😢 They didn't show up for the call, and didn't write to say why they didn't show up 🤷♂️ End of story, right? Time to move on to the next lead/call. Not necessarily! I've found success in re-booking with leads who do this in 1/3 of cases by: 💡 Politely calling attention to what happened with your lead dropping the ball 💡 Making sure you have a new context for reaching out — things like liking or commenting on their latest post or seeing them at an event are great for getting your foot back in the door 💡 Using the new booking (the note field in Calendly, etc.) as another opportunity to remind your lead of how their business could benefit greatly if they exchange the small amount of time you're asking for on a new call to hear what you have to say I hope this helps your lead generation and conversion efforts.
