Joanna, you hit the nail on the head with this post. Thank you. When I've helped clients build business plans, we treat strategy as long-term thinking - it answers the question, how will this business be built? Then when we build the plan, for whatever length of time, we look at the strategy to be followed. Plans can, and do change, strategies don't change very often. Anyone out there with more questions about the difference between plans and strategies?
