OKR Institute’s Post

Teams have traditionally been driven by managers. They set priorities, assign tasks, and monitor progress. This command-and-control approach worked well in simpler times. But today's world is far more complex and fast-changing. Rigid hierarchies and micromanagement stifle innovation. Employees feel disempowered and lack purpose. Organizations move too slowly to keep up. With #OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), teams become self-driven. Each employee sets ambitious objectives aligned to company goals. They have freedom to determine how to achieve key measurable results. Regular check-ins provide guidance, not top-down orders. Information flows quickly across the organization. Employees feel trusted, empowered and invested. Agility increases dramatically. The key is shifting mindsets from obedience to empowerment, from activity to outcomes, from dictates to alignment. With OKRs, managers transition to coaches. They guide teams and individuals to set ambitious goals reflecting company priorities. Employees gain autonomy to use their best judgment on how to achieve key results. Regular reflection keeps efforts targeted. Increased transparency helps spot problems early. Better alignment focuses efforts. Employees gain purpose and agency. Organizations gain agility, innovation and performance. The future belongs to flexible, self-driven teams aligned to company objectives. By adopting OKRs, organizations can unlock the full potential in their people. The result is happier employees, faster innovation and achieving strategic goals. 👉Learn how to shift to Self-Driven, Outcome-Thinking Teams through the OKR System in your teams and organization.: https://lnkd.in/dtfZX2Xn #OKRs #EmployeeEngagement #TeamAlignment #OwnershipCulture #Leadership #BusinessGoals #ModernWorkplace #EmpoweredTeams #OutcomeDriven #StrategicAlignment #AutonomyAtWork #GoalSetting #TeamMotivation #FutureOfWork #OrganizationalDevelopment #DataDrivenResults #EngagedEmployees #CollaborativeWork #LeadershipDevelopment

My issue is about "OKR Practitioner" training which my organisation paid last Friday. Unfortunately I got email from training organizers about changing start date of training from 16th December to 17th February.  I asked them about refunding, but didn't get reply yet.
