The 8th European Stand-Up Pouch Conference took place in Vienna on November 6 and 7. ⚡️Combi Cup & Lid: a new #PulsedLight decontamination machine designed and produced for a dairy producer. Thanks to Jules BRODIER, the Mechanical Project Manager who designed the equipment, working closely with our client and our production and microbiological service. The decontamination to achieve is a 4-log reduction on Aspergillus brasiliensis. Already 50 Claranor Combi Cup & Lid have been installed worldwide, on different production lines, with a wide variety of packaging. Indeed, Pulsed-light decontamination can be adapted to all formats, up to 10 liters. And all materials of packaging: PS, PP, PET, cardboard… even to the thinnest one. Our solutions also work on recycled packaging. But what are the advantages of pulsed light on more sensitive packaging? 👉 Pulsed light does not generate significant heat on surfaces. This means that packaging can be effectively treated without deformation or shrinking.
