>1. Be your own ICP for +10 years before you sell to them Ok so no quick recipes here 😢
Goodness gracious are you in my head? 😂 awesome to see GTM content of this caliber, keep up the great work!
Am I getting this right? > Be active (and visible) in a growing space for a number of years (could be 5, could be 10) > Earn the respect of all the long-term people in that space > Use that as leverage for whatever hard problem you decide to solve > Run the based GTM playbook you laid out > Avoid tons of bullshit along the way
This is a good tactical advice. Currently going from $1M - $5M. What personal advice would you give to keep the intensity up and not lose yourself? haha
Sounds about right! I call it cash-flow-led-growth 😂
Ognjen Bošković 🐦⬛, too many founders get caught up in creating the perfect product but forget that without a solid plan to get it out there. Start by being your own ideal customer, understand their pain points inside and out. Build your brand and narrative first, that’s what will attract people to your product when it’s ready.
The distribution-first mindset really resonates; a similar approach at 99tests fueled our growth and community strength!
Refreshing perspective. Leveraging founder-led sales insights crafts an authentic narrative.
