After 3years of struggling to get what I have as an idea to an actual product, I have come to a conclusion that team building is one of the hardest to ever do. Especially when there are no direct benefits attached. Until I came to understand that every teammember ought to see their personal life goals in the vision I present, we would keep struggling to get a simple task done. And in a month, our revamped team has made 50% progress to M.V.P completion against the inefficient workflow of 3years. What challenge have you face building a team? How did you overcome them?

🟢 BUILD A WINNING TEAM. What I've learned is that there are people who are incredibly good at doing things, and if you replaced one of them with 50 mediocre people, they wouldn't be able to do the same job. ✅

When you become a Manager it’s your jod to set policy and procedures in place. It’s also your responsibility to coach and develop your team. You have to to wear many hats. When you’re coaching and developing your team, it is also your job to delegate responsibilities. However, it’s also your responsibility to inspect what you expect. Never ask anybody on your team to do anything that you wouldn’t be willing to do yourself. Show them the way! The rewards will be huge, once you’ve demonstrated that you’re able to complete the tasks that you are asking of them.

First we have to assess the team and have to have their capabilities and knowledge. After that we have to understand what kind of a team we have in front of us. Based on their experience and performances we have to train up them gradually and follow their performances throughly through the kPI

Shifting from being the guy who’s always on the ground, hands dirty, to being the one who’s steering the ship from a distance, that's a big leap. It's like moving from laying bricks every day to planning out whole skylines. You start focusing less on the nuts and bolts and more on the blueprint. You gotta trust your crew to handle the groundwork while you scan the horizon for new opportunities and ways to grow. It’s about seeing the bigger picture and leading your team there, ensuring the foundation you’ve built holds strong as you expand.
