Alright, here's a deep dive into LinkedIn strategy that's working in 2024. Pay attention, because this is gold for B2B founders and sales teams: 1. Profile optimization matters more than you think. Headshot, headline, and name are the trinity. Ditch the "I help X do Y" headlines - they're played out. Instead, use your actual title, 1-2 professional identifiers, and a personal touch. 2. Sales Navigator is your best friend. Create lead lists: Connection Request Sent (1-3), Message Sent (1-4), Responded, and Follow-up. This is your pipeline on steroids. 3. Targeting is everything. Use these filters religiously: 2nd/3rd connections, geography, exclude saved leads and messaged, and the secret sauce - "posted on LinkedIn in last 30 days". This last one is crucial for high response rates. 4. Connection requests: 200/wk, blank invites. Yes, blank. They perform better. Trust me on this. 5. Track everything. Connection requests sent, connection requests accepted, messages sent, messages responded, positives replies, meetings booked, and revenue generated. 6. Optimize weekly. If you aren't hitting your benchmarks, then adjust your targeting & messaging until you are. Then focus on getting 1% better week-over-week for forever. 7. Messaging template that's crushing it right now: "I know this is random, [Name], but you seemed like the best person to reach out to for this. I'm chatting with some [titles] who know they should be doing [X thing] to solve [Y problem]. At a high level, we help [value prop in half a sentence]. Would you be open to hearing a few ideas on [specific outcome]?" This framework is gold. Problem-focused, permission-based CTA. Implement this for 100 sends. You'll be shocked at the results. Remember: Smart founders chase customers, not clout. This approach lets you do both. PS: If you want to implement a LinkedIn Outbound strategy that drives revenue, shoot me a DM.

Struggling with lead gen on LinkedIn? Here’s the 3-step formula you need: 𝟭/ 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 Your profile is often the first impression potential leads will have of you. The most important aspects to optimize are: • 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: Remove any ambiguity about what you do and the value you provide. • 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁: Use this to tell your story and further detail how you help. • 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱: This should contain a clear CTA (e.g., book a call, join my newsletter, etc.) 𝟮/ 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 This is less about going viral and more about building a repository of content for people to search through. The key is to ensure your content resonates with your target audience. Here's some ideas on what to share: • Industry insights • Case studies • Solutions that directly address the challenges your ideal clients face • Personal victories/lessons • Strong industry opinions • Curated content 𝟯/ 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 Schedule 30 minutes in your day to engage with other creators in your space. This helps you do 2 things: • Expand visibility • Build relationships with people in your space These 2 factors are key to transforming your LinkedIn into a lead generator. Aside from that, also: - Send personalized connection requests that focus on building a relationship. - Respond to comments on your posts and messages promptly to build rapport and trust. This simple 3-step framework would easily position you as an authority in your field and build a steady stream of inbound leads. Want to take your LinkedIn strategy to the next level? Let’s connect!

Here’s how to drive 5 to 30 leads every month on LinkedIn without spending a dollar on ads – and it’s the exact strategy I’d recommend to anyone serious about lead generation. Let’s break it down into 4 key steps you can take today: 1. Optimize Your LinkedIn Profile ↳Think of your profile as a landing page. It should be laser-focused on how you help your ideal clients succeed. ↳Make your headline, summary, and experience sections all about the value you bring to them. 2. Daily Connection Requests & Follow-Ups ↳Reach out to people in your target audience every day—but here’s the catch: don’t make it robotic. ↳Customize each message to create genuine connections, so you stay out of LinkedIn jail and actually make an impact. 3. Share Content, Comment, and Engage ↳Post valuable, insightful content that showcases your expertise. ↳Comment on your network’s posts and provide value wherever you can. Remember, you’re here to help, not sell with every interaction. 4. Scale into a Sales Process ↳Have a system for follow-ups that moves conversations forward consistently. (I prefer using leadtether for this) ↳Transition from LinkedIn messages to calls or emails to close the deal. By following each of these steps consistently, you will start seeing 5, 10, even 30+ qualified leads each month—without any paid ads. - Enjoy this? ♻️ Repost it to your network and follow Glen Martin for more. 🚀 How I 5x'd my leads from LinkedIn in just 3 weeks These simple tweaks transformed my LinkedIn lead generation efforts. After adding the “Book an appointment” button to my profile…I immediately started booking more calls. If you aren’t aware, LinkedIn is HOT right now… This told me a few key things: ✅ The algo is picking back up and favoring content ✅ There is a massive opportunity to dive into LinkedIn right now There are simple ways you can grow your business via LinkedIn. In addition to adding that button there are 2 additional tweaks I made that instantly helped, too: ✅ Updating my profile page ► Your profile page is your landing page on LinkedIn, and when optimized well, you’ll increase your booked calls per month. ➤ I improved my header by adding more of my successes ➤ The ‘Services Section’ is also a feature that NO ONE talks about! LinkedIn finally added a similar section to google business profiles so that now you can leverage this kind of social proof on LinkedIn, too! ➤ Set up Your ‘Featured Section’ with a link to your testimonials along with a walkthrough summary of your service offering and hyperlink additional resources in your ‘experience’ section. ✅ Posting better content ➤ Long form, value-added content is working GREAT right now on LinkedIn. ➤ Posting natively is also recommended (rather than from a software, the algo is suppressing those content pieces). ➤ By combining better content with a revamped profile you will see new leads pop up like never before! So — don’t sleep on the LinkedIn train! 𝐈𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲'𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬 𝐈𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐞? There are 3 types of leads on LinkedIn. 📊 (and how to handle them) 𝟭. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝟯%) • They’ve been following you. • They’ve seen your banner. • They’re ready to take action. These are your hottest leads. They know you, like you, and trust you. Converting them? A walk in the park. 🎯 𝟮. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝟭𝟱-𝟮𝟬%) • They’ve visited your profile. • They’ve commented on your posts. These folks are interested, but they need a nudge. Send a connection request, start a conversation, and qualify them. This group is a goldmine if nurtured correctly. 💡 𝟯. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗠𝘀 (𝟳𝟱-𝟴𝟬%) • You’re new to LinkedIn. • No one knows you yet. You’ll need to identify your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Then, start connecting and cold pitching. It’s tougher, but it’s how you build a presence from scratch. 📈 As your authority grows, the first two types will naturally increase. But don’t forget—each lead type requires a different approach. Treat them right, and watch your conversions soar. 🚀 P.S. What’s your most effective lead generation tactic on LinkedIn?

Why 90% of LinkedIn Lead Generation Tactics Fail - And the One That Doesn’t LinkedIn lead generation is tricky business. Most tactics? They just don’t work. Here’s the cold, hard truth. Connections → Quality > Quantity Spammy messages? A big no-no. Genuine engagement wins the race. So, what’s the secret sauce? It’s building real relationships. - Start with a personalized approach. - Research your prospects thoroughly. - Offer value before asking for anything. - Be consistent in your outreach efforts. Automation can seem tempting. But it often lacks personal touch. People crave authentic interactions. That’s where the magic happens. The one tactic that stands out? Content marketing. 1. Establishes thought leadership. 2. Draws people in naturally. 3. Encourages meaningful conversations. So, ditch the ineffective 90%. Focus on content that resonates. Watch your network grow. And your leads convert. Remember, it's a long haul, not a quick dash. Do you get leads and clients from linkedin at all?
