Is the most confusing slide presented by REX players the "Partnerships" slide? How often have you seen a slide that just has a bunch of partner logos on it with no context or meaning. Who are all these companies? (you probably have to google some logos after the presentation to find out!) What sectors do they work in? How does partnering with a reseller in Latam actually help me in this European RFP? Are these current partners and still active? How do these partnerships benefit the REX partner? Most importantly, how do your partnerships (great if you have them), BENEFIT US and help address our REX CHALLENGES that we are discussing to potentially engage with you on solving. There are some great REX partnerships in many different verticals, however, the majority may be for the benefit of future funding pitches and not the CPGs being engaged. Selecting a REX partner goes beyond "Technical" and "Commercial Terms" and the differentiator is increasingly becoming "Commercial Maturity".
