Biotech's environment is highly affected by a variety of factors. #Leadership and #success in this industry are tough tasks. That is exactly why understanding the factors and trends that shape the industry is vital. In collaboration with Tiago Simplício, Pablo Biluš, Samuel Feldmann, and Joaquin M. H. C., we investigated leadership in biotechnology. Through a deep literature search and interviews with 10 stakeholders, #CEOs, and VCs of #biotech firms, we managed to gain insights into this industry's environment, paying close attention to the intense regulatory factors shaping biotech. Our study resulted in unravelling the matrix of factors and predictors for success in biotech-oriented leadership.
