Excited to share our new article, "Organizational Culture and Effectiveness in Community-Based Nonprofits," published in Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly! 🎉 Coauthored with Julie Langer and Jaehee Jong, this study uses the Competing Values Culture Framework to examine how diverse organizational cultures influence effectiveness in nonprofits. Drawing on the Competing Values Culture Framework (CVCF), we uncover how cultures emphasizing people, innovation, structure, and performance influence various organizational outcomes. The findings provide actionable insights for nonprofit leaders seeking to align culture with mission-driven goals and navigate complex institutional environments. 🔍 Key Takeaways: - Group cultures that prioritize people and belonging are most commonly perceived as characteristic of community-based nonprofits. - Different cultures (group, developmental, hierarchical, rational) are linked to unique measures of effectiveness, from fostering workforce cohesion to scaling operations. 📖 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/g6ACW9Aa
